i mean it’s kinda common sense that you don’t ask children questions about adults in front of the adults that you’re questioning them about. of course they may not fully disclose how they feel in front of them, especially if the consequence is them being isolated or taken off the team.
@Icant88

EXACTLY!!! Apparently, the adults(aka coaches) are in their feelings because of how their behavior is perceived by viewers. You can still hear it in the sideline coaches' voices that they're still annoyed. Now they want to teach them like young adults after the fact.

To Phoebe, don’t let anyone and I mean ANYONE bring you down. It doesn’t matter what someone has to say about you, their opinions and feelings aren’t your responsibility. You know how much you’re growing and the effort you’re putting in to be a better you so always hold on to that and remember you are a whole QUEEN. These are your prime years of learning and growth so enjoy them. People that put negative energy into the world and try to hurt others are only a true reflection of how they feel about themselves and the demons they face on the daily. From what I see in these videos, you’ve grown a lot from day 1 and honestly make a so happy every time I see you because I know you have so much potential and I see how bad you want it. You got this babygirl, don’t give up and when you think about giving up look in a mirror and remind yourself that you are a powerful being and this is only the beginning ❤️

I think the problem is that a lot of things are changing in the world. Some good and some bad. We as black people are so used to being treated a certain way and doing things a certain way because of what was passed down to us. There are better ways to coach and lead a team. We don’t have to be super harsh to get the point across. I was on a very competitive step team in high school and sometimes the coaches could be harsh, and those times wouldn’t really be effective because of how the delivery was. It would bring us down and make us feel less than. But of course the good outweighed the bad. I believe we as black people can change the way we deliver things although it does come from a good place. We have to dig deep to get that negative and harsh commentary out of us. We can do all things with love, even tough love, in a way that’s firm but understood in love. I have seen some times on here where one coach will say something offensive but you can tell it’s not coming from a place of ill intent. I love the discipline. It’s required in sports but the harshness is not. It’s a way to handle children and get the point across. If it was an easy job I’m sure everyone would be doing so I say y’all keep going. There’s always room for improvement. Blessings to you allll 🤍🙏🏽

I said this to someone earlier but some of y'all "grown" folks stay in these comments talking about what they should've & could've done but as long as girls are happy and are returning every practice, they are doing their job.The coaches aren't bullies they are stern. If your coaches didn't curse at you, great. If you don't like what they are doing, go make a team. Otherwise sit back and "watch JCE, learn how it's done" Be a fan without giving feedback every video. Their subscribers are growing and some girls have been here for 4 seasons in a row. This is kinda weird no kids are going to come out and say they feel bullied in front of anyone. Also bullied is a lil forced maybe feeling attacked is better. Another thing is why would you go to the kids and make them feel it’s on them to say something. You should be addressing the “bullies” which are the coaches. Not saying they are bullies. if you have ever been on a team of any sort that had a coach/director - you'd know that cussing comes with the territory (well if you don't want to be mediocre). You forget that most kids act differently around other adults outside of their parents thus sometimes coaches have to take extra measures to get them to get it together. Teachers/School admins have several formal routes for discipline. But when you are coaching, it's usually out of passion, thus when kids waste time and you can't get through to them, cussing tends to happen. Just like parents. And making them run isn't always the answer.

you have to understand, people are watching this like its a tv show... take dance moms for example people love to give advice and critic abbey lees way of instructing but did all those ppl change the way abbey lee instructed , no she still was the same way. yes I had some opinions about how the coaches talked to the girls, or how they talked to each other, but thats what makes it more entertaining for me to watch what comes next...I like to see it all... the good and the bad. if a tv show had no drama or emotions thrown all over the place then it would be boring... but seeing the bad I can root for when there are good times. about the production I think sometimes you cut away , or film at weird angles sometimes.... like for example at the end when they were commenting on the melanin the angle didn't capture everyone. and for the cut aways... when you film the girls doing a routine, then the coach will say something and you cut to the coach instead of staying on the girls dancing. I hope that made sense. I personally like when you read the good and bad comments together with the Team. but overall I like these videos that why I keep coming back .

Between to two teams I've seen two real coaches, coach Tand her staff, and exclusive because coach D doesn't play either. Some of you in the comments say you feel like these coaches be doing to much not at all. These coaches don't bully these girls they're helping them so when they get to college they would have the experience of being a cheer leader. They treat the girl like their own and it's a blessing to have them do this. And just because someone telling you what is real you don't have to argue with folks about being a coach nor leader. There are people that have experience in the same field that understands it. This is coach T all the time she helping her girls to learn to be mindful of certain things out there and people. I don't see many coaches doing what she does at all. Coach T always given these girls good advice and they always took it. Yes they may be hard on these girls at the end of the day they have a good time. Two sockz didn't have to post none of these videos up at all, this man took his time out of his busy schedule to make these videos get posted so that we as fans can see their work. I applaud them for a good job because there are some coaches that don't really care as much as coach T. And I am not just spoken up for her I feel her when these girls not doing the material correctly. I love coach T like she was my own mother to be honest with and I love her daughter like she was my sister and two sockz like her was my brother. Please don't think that their bullying these girls just understand the meaning or coaching and being a leader. No matter how old you are I know some of you take offense to the way the staff is with these girls, they're actually really good. Never seen a coach take their girls out to eat and have a good time like this coach staff does.

You completely missed the message. They can still have a bond with each other without creating and spreading negativity. If some does has a problem with what a coach said or did they need to take it to the coach to get it resolved. When you bring it to everyone else not only does it make the problem bigger but makes people upset who wouldn't have been upset in the first place and can create division amongst the team and thats what breaks the bond.
