Answer to the first part is it's a 5 liter as limited in the rules. Part B, is that as part of the rules, V8 Supercars works the rules on the engine package to be about 600-620hp. Notice he said control cam shaft

Control cam came in, midway through 2010 season. James Courtney didn't win anymore races that year & luckily hung on to the Championship.

i know this was 5 years ago, but that is a narrow band 02 sensor, so the mixture is only out by a small percentage, and also those cylinder in the red are most likely the coldest cylinders, that are fed the coldest water from the radiator, so they can withstand leaner mixtures at WOT.
