A lot of potential. Are the stains on the ceiling and walls upon entering the home just stains from the leaky roof or black mold? I'd wear a mask, just to be safe.

It’s not necessarily black mold damage from the roof. It’s my understanding that houses that are closed up get that in the walls from humidity. It’s not something we have in America because our walls are never made of stone. If you think of stone it gets cold it gets warm and that’s actually what causes it can be like I don’t think it’s actually a dangerous black mold situation. I’ve just learned this from bloggers though 😂😂😂

One thing I have notice is over the last year or so is the prices going up and the building quality go down. 45k for this building that has moisture problems bad electric and water and a roof that needs replaced. These price don’t reflect the true price of this fixer upper

I love all your videos, and almost all of them are spot on for the price, or at least within reason. I love where the house is and is a good size. but looking at real estate on immobliare, and part of this being non-livable. I believe it is going to take between 50 - 75k to fix this, you can get ready move in homes for that price at almost the same size. I am going to Italy on friday traveling abruzzo and puliga for the next two weeks. Maybe see you filming :)

I mostly do and for this house I did. It was more difficult in summer when wearing closed shoes was not very comfortable.

Vacant lots are not common inside towns. We come across a lot of land that is agriculture but on which you cannot build. Terreno edificabile or buildable land is a little more scarse due to zoning and plot sizes but they're there!
