Let me show the great recipe of stone pot steamed eggs.
The eggs are from my backyard. Thank you my son who looks after the chickens. Thank you for the chickens 😊
Stone pot (ceramic pot 13.5 cm, 700 ml capacity)
7 eggs (350 ml)
1/2 cup water
Carrot (index size)/green onions (1): to be finely chopped
60 g Shrimps: to be chopped
Baking powder/fine salt 1/2 tsp each: to be added in eggs
1. Water (120 ml) in a stone pot.
Put to boil water
2. Add egg mixture (eggs, salt, and baking powder) on low medium heat. Add shrimps in 2 min of cooking. Stir until the texture gets thick (5 min for step 2)
3. Add vegetables (carrot and green onion)
4. Cover with a bowl, turn to LOW heat, and cook for 3 min
5. Sprinkle pepper and sesame oil (2 tsp) prior to serving
6. Enjoy the amazing side dish, dalgyal-jjim (steamed eggs)
