Still can't believe Scott Weiland is gone. I'm put off by the comments of "What a waste of life." I think people are missing the point. Guy was on top of the planet for a time, and had amazing talent; he simply couldn't overcome his demons. We are all facing our own personal apocalypses in one form or another, the only difference is how we choose to cope with it. We all still live our lives, none of which I would ever consider a "waste." I'll try my best to make those that are having a hard time coping with this crazy gift we call life, and help make the journey a little less painful along the way, however I can. I suggest everyone try to do the same!

But STP was just brilliant I miss Scott so much . He was a great singer, very charismatic, so talented but so many demons . He did so much damage to his heart over the years physically and metaphysically his body and spirit just could not overcome the long term damage and the darkness. I hope he is at peace and found the light. The music we are left we with all the great ones that have left us will live on long after we are are gone as well, as it should.

To his dearest, children, spouse(s), siblings and parents - thank you for sharing your beloved and brilliant dear one with us fans and listeners.
