I'm in a 3400sqf home. Highest was $493 this summer. That's with thermostat set at 70. I recently set it at 76 and it's projected to be $427 for my next bill....

Still trying to figure out why a loft with a shared wall to the master is a good idea. What am I missing?

I agree. I don't understand when they're right off of the main living space and the tv is on the other side of the wall. I want to be as far away from that when I'm asleep!
