You have to assess your audience. If you hear a New York City/ Long island accent you have to be assertive and direct. If they’re from California you have to massage egos, you hear a southern accent you have to slow down the conversation.

If the person having a meltdown has also had some Chriss Voss training and realises what you're doing, would these tactics be reinforced or diminished? Or would he not have had a meltdown in the first place
