I can't believe we copped to 'ere's' in one video! Just gold. Just in response to Strange Device's question. I once saw Robert Forster from the Go Betweens bounding down a main street in Brisbane wearing a silver suit and I thought it was the greatest thing ever. It was after work one day and I was on the bus on my way home and there he was being amazing. He, like you have clearly found a way to merge his on stage persona and his real life. I later worked with him and he was unapologetically eccentric and I bloody loved it! Also, smashing outfits all week. Brilliant hair and as always amazing contrent every day.

Compression is one of the three cornerstones of mixing audio, along with EQ and Reverb. Compression is mostly prominent in vocals and taming the dynamics of the human voice, allowing the vocal to be at the front of the mix while still feeling a part of the whole song. It's a very delicate balance that mix engineers spend years trying to master.
@CazTanto2 жыл бұрын
Don't Let the Bells Ring was the first Christmas song that usurped Fairytale of New York as my favourite; though after the novelty wore off they are since equal. This didn't happen again until Tim Minchins White Wine in the Sun 🥰 I suppose I may as well pose the question while I'm here: Besides your own, what is your favourite Christmas song and why?

White Wine in the Sun is the most epic Chrismas song ever. Makes me teary when I hear it.
@CazTanto2 жыл бұрын
@@juliabobin446 what I love - as a Brit - is that drinking white wine in the summer sun is the only (and quite literal) polar opposite. Everything else is Christmas as we all know it. Now, I'm here following your channel and listening to your music for several months, I love your sincere stories about the music industry and life of a rock and roll star.
