Currently has 147,000 miles on it. One thing about certain Honda’s in and around the mid-teens years is that they had issues with the VTC Actuator (causing random brief grinding sound upon a cold startup in the morning). Got it replaced via recall issue (twice), but I still occasionally get that startup sound (especially in colder weather). It also has other ticky-tack issues that are annoying, but it still runs well and gives great mileage (I average 18,000-20,000 per year on it due to my daily commute). Will hold onto it as long as I can. When the time comes, I’ll bump up to a used Pilot. But that won’t be for another 50,000-100,000 miles. 😎 This is my fifth Honda over the last 30 years. Don't buy any honda with the 1.5 liter with a turbo if you live in a area that gets extreme cold temperatures. 1.5 liter can't get up to operating temp if you have heating fan on high. You end up with oil dilution and very poor heat inside the cab. The 1.5 liter is a three season engine.

Scotty I have two 05 Acuras, an MDX and a TL. TL has 145k and the MDX has 125k. I take excellent care of them (adjusted the valves on both!) and they both run and drive like new. 05-06 was peak Honda awesome and I love the V6 power. Yes they need premium and the fuel economy suffers, but I still get 30 on the highway with the TL and that's 270 HP. As long as these are maintained well (especially frequent transmission fluid changes), they will last a very long time.
