@@EQOAnostalgia I’m using the pcsx2 emulator and steam link to play it on my TV (via a Nvidia shield). With the emulator you can up rez the game. So it’s running at 1k (could even push it to 2 or 4k but 1k is enough). Looks great.

Shit had me rollin, it's so over the top DEI cringe. We've had black characters since the dawn of gaming and none of them were shoehorned in to push an agenda. A lot of people try to get you to back down with the racism bs, there is a clear difference between well written characters such as Barret in FF7, and hamfisted DEI wokeness.

I'm glad I downloaded every Nintendo rom I could find before they started sending out business suit ninjas after everything. I don't like most crap made after 2015. There are a few exceptions, but generally I avoid anything that came out since then. I call the current timeline clown world. And all I see is gaslighting from the ones causing it.

Yeah, well i mean there are ways around that lol. I plan to get a 2tb SSD to backup all my roms and ISO's. With the increasing price of physical media and scarcity it's pretty much video game preservation at this point.

I'll just be playing my old/unfinished games from the past till games like Stellar Blade get a PC release. ...and then rinse and repeat.

I agree with this so much. Takes me back to when there were only two genders and saying that wasn't controversial. None of this woke cancer. No race grifters, no DEI, no check boxes or diversity hires or consultant firms like Sweet Baby Inc. Times were so much better. There's a reason why people are playing older games. Anyway I own retroid which is a hand held that does 3ds I even think mine can do ps2. Small screen but I'm finding a way to hook it up to tv. Even using my asus rog as pure emulation device. Was expensive as heck tho like 600. Im just taking care of my mom while im sickly too.
