How do we avoid possession by the egregor while defending ourselves from unjustified attack from the political left and their anti-culture ? Who do we get our news from ? Who can we trust to give us the information to be prepared and defend ourselves from the onslaught of psychosis inducing propoganda and reduction to a voiceless cog in a machine that seems as if it's being operated by the most incompetent and malevolent user imaginable ? The values that bound us together as a community are being dissolved . We are effectivly "Alone together" as the early "pandemic" slogan promoted, by design and by pure intellectually challenged Forrest Gump happenstance. Both are leading us to the extinction of community, creativity and the rational/irrational beauty of the human mind and its replacement by a Cyborg like hive mind in which individual creativity and history is a thing of the past. Nobody will have come from anywhere because all they've known is their little bubble. Their Matrix pod. It feels like the end of being itself. 1990's in the US was nice. I feel like it was the last time it felt like a community . People would allow others to have an a different opinion. People were interested in each other ideas. It was beautiful.

There is an ocean of nuance on this topic that I wish I had the energy to fully express. Things like different personality profiles, individual's limited agency in relation to the whole (without martyrdom), the fruits that these reactionaries bear in relation to the whole (some things scale better than other things, like your program which cannot be scaled like mere media can). Yes we shouldn't deify these pundits, obviously, but they aren't clowns either. There exists more categories of utility than simply the creative types that push things forward, and those stuck needlessly toiling in the contemporary mud. Creativity is an energy, not a tool; and organizations such as the daily wire are tools which require creative energy. I hope this ramble was at all coherent.

👍Sounds like you put more thought into this comment than he put into this video. I guess he thinks an attempt to be informed about current events means you will pick a side and become possessed by an ideology and as a result become a useful idiot to one of the sides on the culture war. I'm thinking just the awareness of that possibility could prevent that. But maybe he just leans left and it bothers him that the left is the side on the attack and he refuses to accept that he would have to get his info from the right to see where the attacks are coming from. Pride can prevent you from realizing that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". If totalitarianism is your enemy then your enemy is now the left.

Reactionaries/consumers never produce therefore their greatest fear is lack. And they try to control the world to make them what they want. The dominant meta will always challenge and make it difficult for new individuation to sprout and blossom, but that is what makes overcoming this challenge beautiful. The idea of the straight and narrow comes to mind because these reactionary types are pulled into believing that what they are Fed is true reality, when in truth, reality can be a number of variations dependent on the angle and vibratory pattern you observe from. Not all individuate, but all have the potential.

I like a lot of your content, and understand the point you are trying to make here. I also think that your perspective at times is a little naive, and I believe that will likely change with time and experience. Of course, things like politics are a game, but the majority of people function within societies that are under the spell of their governments. Politics affect people. In order to dispell politics, you need to understand it in order to dismantle it. To simply reject politics and expect it to go away is not sensible. This is part of a process. Russell Brand is part of a process too; perhaps of a mass awakening process that is actually helping people to think for themselves, albeit as part of the old system that we are ready to transition away from. Not one person has all of the solutions, and he covers a broad range of topics. All of this just is, and it is necessary and unnecessary. You are not above anyone, nor is anyone above you. Thanks for the video - it inspired me to think carefully about this, and I hope my observations are perceived constructively.

Just because someone watches Ben Shapiro does not mean they are beyond transformation (although generally speaking many probably are). I used to watch him a lot (like I mean an embarrassing amount) but I eventually broke out of the mindset that he sells. You might want to be careful about how you characterize those who follow your opponents if you want to speak truth to power you need an audience statements like that might turn people away from an otherwise high quality piece. I share in your dislike for the artificial duality of politics; however, I still believe that the work of Ben Shapiro is useful. The creative expression that we wish was present in all individuals, sadly isn't. People behave as a mob entity. Perhaps they are incited to act this way through propaganda, or perhaps there is something in each individual that makes them largely a creator, or instead a follower, of culture. And perhaps the existence of followers is useful if they allow for a stable civilization to move coherently in one direction under good, creative leadership. Whatever the reason may be, the people of the mob, which make up most of the population, will hardly understand what you are asking of them here, let alone perform according to your wishes. This channel is a niche. Perhaps each person does possess the potential to become an individual, and perhaps we can get more people to fulfill that goal, but for the moment we must treat them as they are -- a herd. The left-right party system is annoying, yes. But regardless of how we feel about it, people are going to pick sides. So then, until we can make them into individuals, or eliminate partisan politics, we had best at least ensure that they pick the lesser of two evil camps to sleep in. Ben Shapiro clearly believes that the left is far worse than the right, as do I. Both sides are flawed, but the leftists are uniquely destructive. The best course of action is to push the mob to associate with the better party until such time as we can liberate their minds from the political cage that they have been raised in. This is true, by the way, even if you prefer the leftists. I cannot speak for the deeper thought processes of Ben Shapiro -- whether he wholly believes in the left-right paradigm, or whether he has taken up that task which I've described above. Regardless, I would much rather see people take his side if they are to remain content in their ignorance. At the very least, the right clearly supports freedom of thought and speech more so than the left, and that freedom is good for the purpose of making individuals. As for politics: Of course it is garbage, but it exists and yields practical results. Whining about the system we live in will not solve the problem. You despise the politicians we have? Alright then, vote for politicians that you don't despise, or at least ones that you despise less, so that we can make incremental progress. To refuse to take part in the system we live in because of a dislike for its present state is childish. Rest assured, the rest of the world will move on as it pleases, even without the potentially constructive involvement which you refuse to offer. Now, I understand that this channel is your way of participating, but politics is an additional mechanism which you neglect, and which others who do not make KZbin videos may utilize. In summary, I believe your diagnosis of the problem is correct, but your solution is only a partial one. Making individuals is good, but the remaining mob must be led for now.
