When doing a burpee you don’t just drop you go into a squat 4point stance then kick out to eliminate the impact to the body he’s talking about

Great video. I also felt burpees were overrated but couldn’t explain it like your video does. Did tons of them in Boot Camp.

Absolutely, especially if you are working out in an apartment where space is limited. Also, it's good for coordinating your mind with your body.

Everybody knows that body exercises are not suitable for all types of body, I would never ask a overweigh person to do burpees

The alternatives didn't have upper body pulls either. I'll stick with burpees. Waste of time
