STOP Doing These Three Things When Driving For Uber Eats

What I would like to add: Guys, we’re still giving a service here. Say Hi good morning or afternoon or evening. Be even more personal by using their names. Make the customer feel like they can trust you you’ll get their food quickly and with no hassle. And if anything does come up explain what’s going on give alternatives to solve the situation. And lastly, don’t get so bent out of shape because no tip. We do this because (well at least I do) I know ppl are hungry and are sometimes unable to leave their homes or job and I think I can help them out in this small way. Basically, give this job more life to it. Make this service enjoyable for the customer and yourself.

Keep condiments in your car because I had an instance were I wasn’t able to read the customer note until I already left the store because it was a stacked order and turn out they wanted Mayo and ketchup. Also I would recommend carrying two bags for double or large orders.

The multi aping tip is eh. Depends on your area. Here in NJ Uber eats is always non stop it doesent stop bing after ping after ping. DoorDash sucks so bad your lucky to get 1 order every 20 min. Uber eats is always a guaranteed 300$ if u work 10 hours a day no matter what the day is.

Yeah depends on your area as you said, I would still multi app even in NJ just for the chance you may get that good paying order from a high-end restaurant that doesn't use uber!

A tip to avoid wet bags and if u have to leave the bag outside is to have a super of plastic grocery bags in ur vehicle. U can put the food bag in one or two of those especially if the food bag is small enough thus keeping the food bag dry and keeping heat or cold in the bag. We all have tons of plastic grocery bags at home.

So I have a question, there’s hotzones I believe they are called, that have different color zones that have money signs over them, like $1, $3.5 as an example. When you do orders in these zones, do you make that bonus money for each order you accept in that zone? If so where can you view it on your detail summary on your Ubereats account? ( I drive Ubereats ) thanks for your time! It’s always been a question I have had

I run UE and DD but once I accept an order, I pause the other app. Not worth getting a violation for late delivery but you can pick the best pay.

I drive ubereats in temecula CA, most days from 645 am till 945 I can make 100 bucks delivering star bucks and mcdonalds. Small city btw

@@remaxlul546 thats where you have to be smart and learn your area, if an order is going to take you away from any busy areas then make sure the pay is enough to cover driving to a busy zone so you can park and wait! Learn where the busiest and best paying places that deliver are, and try to plan around those areas!

I lost the surge map when I go into the app. You know how it lights up certain areas and gives you different $ amounts for map locations. Do you know how many deliveries or what you have to do to get that back?

@@remaxlul546 it depends on your market, Doordash is setup to be prepaid for most places and some restaurants/stores use the card but in my area it isn't very common to use the card.
