Amen! At 71, I do 20 hour IF most days now for 3 years. I am not hungry and do not snack at all. Down from XL 18/20 to Petite 8/10, even size small sometimes. For me, I eat Ketovore but everyone does their own thing. It has worked wonders for me. I go out to eat at least 2X a week and make good choices. I do have birthday cake or treat once in awhile but it's not the norm. I love the food I eat, which will be for the rest of my life. No meds, daily lifting and exercise with Rick. 💪💃 Don't let anyone tell you we can't make a life change. 🙏 ♥

@@RickBhullarFitness dear Rick, I do look to your videos most days because they are fun, I love the music and your positive energy. I have a Yahoo "Folder" where I keep my exercise videos and choose each day which ones I want to do. Really love the Combat videos too. God bless your efforts for us.

This is exactly why I love it and I get so annoyed when people say oh it didn't work for me and they lost the ailments and the answer is simple they were doing it wrong. They over fast, fast too long, women need to fast according to their hormones. You have to be flexible and I love it because it's so easy.
