I cleared the Dualingo English Test in my first attempt and these are some of the tips and tricks I used. 1) Ensure there are no background apps running such as grammarly, adblockers, screenshare, discord or even nvidia share (for gamers this runs in the bg automatically so you'll have to uninstall the nvidia software temporarily and this is one of the main reasons test scores get rejected ) 2) Always ensure your cursor is inside the box and DO NOT switch between screens whatsoever or exit fulscreen) 3) Ensure you're alone in the room and nobody interupts you during the test. This includes extremely loud music in the background or even somebody knocking at the door. 4) Zone out yourself and only look at the screen. Do not look left, right or up even whent thinking. Also do not even bend down to pick up any object and take notes at any point as this immediately results in the test becoming invalid. 5) Also ensure your background is visible and you are not sitting close to a wall. This validates your claim of being alone during the test. 6) In speaking sections do not blank out, continue to speak as this will help improve your scores. Remaining silent gives the invigilator lesser chances to grade you. Also do not look away from the screen during reading sessions. With these you must be able to clear the test with eaze. Hello, I had this problem, but on the day of the exam I did it from the same account I bought it, I don’t know why they say this, I already sent the appeal, but I find it very annoying that they say these things without being true. The exam is not valid 2022-11-17 You cannot take the Duolingo English Test from multiple accounts with different email addresses. Please complete the exam only from your original account. Any test you complete from any account other than the original will be invalidated. Contact customer support if you’re not sure which account to use. What can I do besides send the appeal? Thanks

I was disqualified because I had paper and pen on my table. During the test I did not look at that paper which is recorded. Was I tested for algebra or English language? Why Duolingo does not have live proctors who would remind me what objects they do not want to see on my table or around me? This approach is unfair and because refund it not possible, I consider this service as FRAUD.
