I truly love this video and all videos you post to give us insight on the natural ingredients we can use for our hair. Now and days we have all these extra ingredients and different brands. However, taking it back to the basics helps tremendously. Thanks Sis❤❤❤❤❤❤

Your recipe is great ❤. This is what I've been making for my husband and I for over the past year, but i also add bhringraj powder and pumpkin seed oil for the extra boost. I've literally never had such a full hair line, and it's gone from mid-neck length to down my back. Its definitely worth a try 👌🏽🤩

I’m really happy I stumbled across your channel. I actually have high porosity hair , however I have a middle section of my head that’s low porosity so I guess I’m both. Ever since I was a kid I struggled with dry scalp. My hair grows crazy , but length retention is my goal. I love natural methods for any type of care and the knowledge you share is always so spot on. 7 months ago I had a baby and my hair has fell out a bit, I was able to get my edges back but my hair is also still very weak from combing out locs almost 2 years ago. Thank you for the encouragement and Inspiration that you give!

Can I also add the cloves in there? From your other video or leave the cloves out? And if I do add the cloves in there should I boil the water and steep the cloves?

Thanks for the tips. What brand of fenugreek do you use. if you happen to use chebe powder I seen it promotes growth just like the fenugreek does. But I've also heard horror stories from women that were wanting to grow their hair that used fenugreek. I also seen issues about Chebe powder & their hair falling out after using chebe and also after using fenugreek . I dont know if its because they didnt get pure fenugreek or chebe or if there was something else in it maybe other chemicals? Im not sure but I know there are companies on amazon who do not sell 100% natural ingredients like fenugreek sp i want to find one that is. o & does not have any added like fillers or anything that is going to ruin our curls, damage our curls or the worst case make our curls fall out. I've never used any ingredient like this that come from another country (i think)...what do you think the best way for someone with 3c waist length hair that gets matted and dry to use the fenugreek in? I deep condition and use leave ins. My goals are to grow my hair to tailbone. Wanting healthy ingredients (Ive gotten headaches from using certain hair oils and certain products i had to wash off immediately just to find out they had bad chemicals, dyes, perfumes etc and it was a common brand. So hopefully I can try to make some of my own at home treatments and manage to buy ingredients that are the real deal and manage to not lose my hair. I already had a lose my hair horror story at a expensive salon way back when I was relaxed. I had past bra strap length hair then and it was pulling out from my scalp in humongous gobs and onto the floor so bad the hair dresser went to get her supervisor and immediately took me to the wash bowl. Unfortunately they couldn't salvage anything and it was so bad I couldn't wear extensions to cover up the hideous mess. My hair was beautiful healthy and long. I'm natural now almost 2.5 years and just looking for a way to speed up the growth process or help it out. That's all ❤❤❤❤
