thanks Grace for such a valuable content , I want to know from you why i feel shame on telling my reality to others like i feel shame for being from a poor family , i feel shame to tell others about my past,I feel shame for not know something like driving,swimming . And i know there is no need no feel shame for this but i don't know why i feel embarrassed for this

Meaning it’s a loop that gets stuck on itself and needs to be healed at the emotional root to be overcome. sounds like a recipe for disaster, if I do what you say, which is what I've tried for years, I'm getting attacked and my situation is getting worse. willing to be love and in peace, go against the fear, all that has just worthen my situation and desease, my ear are ringing so strong right now that I don't think my body will be able to go through winter (especially without food, clothes and even bed and heating)

Wow my higher self just told me this. To be aware of this. Because my mind wants to blow things out of proportion and make me feel hopeless. Yep I know who I am. Am always praying and crying to God. Hope my higher self emerges above my ego and save me from this sinkhole. I know for sure there is someone having it harder. And I pray for them because here I am in such immense pain and there might be someone having it 100 times.

@@gracemiraliaVery peaceful. You are so loving. I saw your video, read the title and knew it was for me. For more than a month I've been struggling with this part of me I just recently came to know about and wished it wasn't like this "How unfortunate😢" I thought. It has been eating me up, taking over who I am and not allowing me to see myself grow from it. I wanted it to get the best of me, to take over my being. But I thought "How am I going to feel when I realize I betrayed myself for something not really worth it, it's gonna eat me up even more." I tried pushing them away, but the more momentum they gained. Made me to have shame, guilty, insecurities, regrets and took over my perception. I will not fight it anymore. I will let the light of awareness take its course like it's already doing. If I feel like crying I cry with it. Slowly it's losing its grip as the light of awareness is shining through my being. Thank you for being my light in these moments of my life. Much love❤❤❤

I had a thought which says : i watched similar content and people who says this in the end of their video : i will talk to ya later himmmm let me guess... So it means thee End of seeking is not done Yet and this people always need a conformation a healing a constant practice to heal there's someone i know who said : u can drop everything why the need of listening so many times to healing when in reality you're beyond these thing because your core is Never broken Never needed a healing and u can access that By your awareness Sometimes i get confused between my inner compass guider and your teaching guys

You just need space and time to listen to yourself and identify who you are truly. It’s a process. Whatever voice sounds like fear or negativity is not you. Whatever feels more aligned with you on a soul level and is a representation of love, is you.
