I used to have 20 ping on apex but after like 6-8 months later of not playing it, Now I get always around 100-200 ping like it is usually 200 now. :(

You can have vsync on with gsync enabled for a 0 or imperceptible gain of input lag. Just make sure you're actually using gsync properly by making sure your fps stays within your variable refresh rate range.

Why does every pc gamer always get on this the higher fps is better. People setting graphics all the way down to low so they can get 200 fps on their 144hz monitor think they are getting more performance, but your monitor can only display frames as high as its refresh rate. Other wise the gpu sends them to the buffer to wait to be displayed. And this is where you get screen tearing, which actually lowers game smoothness and fluidity. This is the sole reason engineers have developed all these sync software/hardware because they know that you will get best performance and smoothness when the gpu and monitor is in sync.

Dude I can't. Anytime I shot someone first 5-10 bullets do no damage but have hit markers and visible shield hits. Half the time my shots won't even register as shots and I'll shoot for my screen but for everyone else I'm doing nothing. I'm so fucking tierd of lagging in every fps game I play. I always lose because of it and it's always there.

you can try and cap your fps if its not already, you just put +fps_max 60 into the startup options for apex then it should cap fps

I'd recommend checking your deadzones. Generally, it means your deadzones aren't synced right. Check other games you play, and mimic the deadzones you use there.

troubleshoot your computer, check the temperatures of your components while apex is running. ram could be also a problem, check if one of your ram is dead
