I had a friend I knew for years and we use to talk to daily. One day she stopped replying me and I was talking to myself for damn near 2 weeks (she made ig posts daily so I knew she was okay). I finally stopped because I was talking to myself. She then began to text and call me and I ignored her. When I finally did reply she was mad and did not acknowledge what she did to cause me react that way. I let her know I did what you did to me. People do not like when you treat them the same way they treat you... *** The real tea is I went back to the messages to see WHEN she went RADIO SILENT, it was after saying Congradulations to me on my graduation... In the end I had to apologize

We all need to get better at seeing people for who they really are from the beginning and don’t let things like the prospects of making money, increased exposure to various opportunities etc, get in the way of us being honest with ourselves and acknowledging when certain individuals are just not good for us to engage with on a deeper level. We will spare ourselves so much time, energy and strife, if we have the courage to take to follow our instincts and love ourselves enough to protect our peace at all costs. Armon, I wrote a comment under one of the Tea GIF’s videos when you were doing the trial run and I said that that show was not a safe space for you because of the negative energy that AL spewed at you on more than one occasion. So the writing was set on the wall for everyone to see that the stage was already primed for there to be drama in the future just simply because of Armon’s presence. One takeaway from this story is that:- “All money 💰 is NOT GOOD❌MONEY!!!” Because peace of mind is definitely much much more valuable!😉

I really identified with this discussion. I had the same situation happen a job I've been at almost 20 years. A woman gaslit and manipulated manager, HR, and the team I was managing. It was just awful. I bet the person (we know who you are talking about) was likely the one having the affair with the network person.
