Yes that is Allen Gorrie in this video. Think this was filmed in Japan......not sure. Ya know this is a terrific song. I listened to it several times & it grows on you. Not a H&O sound. My personal opinion is Daryl has ...evolved into this sexy romantic soul. He's not the kid that he was back in the day. He shines in this video. I've seen all of his videos with this song and this by far is the best. I didn't care for the one where his wife is laying next to him on a blanket by the sea. He also dances with her. Ummm no thanks ...clouds the personal thoughts I have of him....get it?

I saw Darryl sing this in Glasgow at a BBC show with Paul Young and Des’ree on other stages recorded at The Fruitmarket venue . On some comments the bass player is mentioned and at this gig -from a distance-he looked like Jack Bruce . Happy to be mistaken but he was great . The BBC must have footage in the vaults somewhere. 🤔
