Always make money doing things people can't or don't want to do. I always have to remind myself that my customer is not a window cleaner and I am the professional they don't know the difference if I switch up my processes or not. lol No window is the same they all can be cleaned a million different ways. Thank you for your videos as always!!!!!!!

As a newb, I can tell you my customers are thrilled by the end result. If you don't do a perfect cut, just towel the area free of lines and smudges. Doing the best reasonable job you can do usually is better than what they thought they were paying for. If you care and try your best they will be happy. The majority of window cleaners are doing a half assed job and still getting return business. Do your best and your customets will appreciate you. Thanks SteveO!

Started window cleaning last week. Made 100$ on 3 storefronts. Proud of the start, overthought the jobs spent 6 hours. Should have been done in an hour and a half. Thanks Steve! You inspired me to start.

Spent 5 hours on my first job which was a large service station. Came back 2 days later and all the windows were covered in smears and finger prints. Sometimes its not worth aiming for 100% quality. I could have got away with 80%

I enjoy learning from your insights and while I do not own a window cleaning business I have invested in some basic equipment and enjoy cleaning my windows and my neighbors I see you were driving through my old home town in loveland. I have found having a routine and sticking to it makes a huge difference in my efficiency. Thank you for making these video's

Steve-O. Congrats on the wedding! I have watched a lot of videos since getting into windows in 2019. I vividly remember that video you referenced. I believe you mentioned how some employees from another company approached you and thanked you for that insight. I can't count how many times since that video I find myself repeating that point, it's not perfect. Perhaps the best advice for a window cleaner! Has nothing to do with what tool, what technique, etc, just the mindset. Thanks for that video if I never thanked you before.

Alright bro... I really appreciate all you do and plan on doing. I know people knock it but 5-12 minute videos once a month of just cleaning windows to music that makes you wanna work. That would be great. I have been in the game a minute and I still will find a nugget in those videos. Please and thanks.

I recommend beginning with trad tools and using dawn soap and water for your solution. A package like this will get you setup windowcleaner.com/products/steveos-employee-basic-starter-kit?sca_ref=3020242.k17l3JaEgS

Yesterday i did my third job since i started my new window cleaning business. I had to do clean external windows first floor of a house. Couldnt use my ladder cause there was a ledge with an angle so i had to use my extension pole. Windows hadnt been washed for six years so i couldnt get all the dirt of with the pole, unfortunately left a few spots after washing my butt off. It still bothers me… 😬
