Yo! Thanks for checking out the video. I get a lot of questions from people wondering what's the most valuable skill they can acquire. My answer? Storytelling. The most powerful people in the world aren't the fittest... or the strongest... hell, they aren't even the smartest. They're the best storytellers. If you want to learn this most powerful of skills, then check out this training I put together to help you become a Seven Figure Storyteller: anthonyvicino.com/story-workshop
@sheex4106 ай бұрын
He's right but also in a different way from what you may be thinking. Storytelling is fundamental to how governments, politicians, industry, etc. sell us on a story to follow a certain path. The story/narrative can readily vary as it suits certain agendas. We then willingly give away our power to really think for ourselves when we refuse to challenge these stories on merit. The people that we allow to be in positions of power are a reflection of ourselves in this way and where our personal/collective journey of growth is at any given moment.

Getting my sleep correct and getting into more movement. I2 have ADHD and I love the fact that you do and you don't see it as a disability and it's not an issue with focus. It's an issue with focus management. I really like that too and I felt like you when I was a kid with the Ritalin thing I never took. And in fact I've always been anti-medication for ADHD, good or bad. I'm pretty much completely against it. It's definitely messed up a lot of my life. Now. I got a therapist. Good advice here, my personal issue is the social part. My friends all disappeared during the pandemic, and those relationships never recovered. Meeting new people over age 50 has proven impossible for me, and I have given up. I do have a fantastic marriage and wife, so that keeps me happy for sure, but it would be nice to have a buddy to hang out with sometimes. I miss hanging out with the guys.

Anthony, Thank you. I definitely find value in your content and I agree with most of what you said about giving up inflammatory substances (gluten, sugar and alcohol), but there is a TON of research and anecdotal evidence showing that high quality, grass fed beef (red meat) actually reduces inflammation. Grain fed beef (Corn is GMO and loaded with harsh chemicals) and other processed foods, like low quality hot dogs and lunch meat, do contribute to inflammation. Cheers!

Thanks for the wonderful video Anthony.Red meat definitely has proinflammatory effects.Combine that with the artery clogging effects of the fat they contain, if the diet is just going to contain this minus the veggies,one is sitting on a ticking time bomb.Plus the increased energy levels one experiences after having veggies is well worth the effort.You are what you eat and what you think ,on a long-term basis.Everything adds up either leading to a life of success or a life of disaster.Jim Rohn-Success is a few simple disciplines repeated every single day,Failure is a few errors of judgement repeated every single day.So choose wisely.Let not the next 10 years be the same as the previous 10 years.

Little feedback as I would love to see your channel getting more recognition. If you introduce yourself at the beginning of every single Video, telling what you do, where you are coming from and what you have allready achieved in the fields you want to talk about, people will instantly be more willing to listen and share your Videos. It makes you much more authentic and believable from the beginning and you give new people a reason to believe that you know what you are talking about, and makes them more willing to invest the time. Generally, you should treat every video as if you were talking to someone new, a new audience who does know nothing about you, those who allready know you will simple skip the part, noone is actually annoyed but standard introductions. This is a proven methode for KZbin success.

13:22 What about caffeine? Whats your alternative for caffeine? What do you suggest?
@AnthonyVicinoАй бұрын
The 3 levers of energy described in this video are naturally generated from your own body. There are plenty of external stimulants which can temporarily energize you. I've got no problem with those so long as they are used to supplement and not used as a primary driver of energy. Use caffeine to go from a 9/10 to a 10/10.... if you need it to go from a 3/10 to a 6/10... you need to stop and look at your underlying foundation of energy (sleep, nutrition, exercise).
