Bro actually at 10m40s there's a misunderstanding of how banks access money. They actually create it. It's called fractional reserve banking. They don't lend depositors deposits. They lend 100x that!
@AnthonyVicino Жыл бұрын
No misunderstanding. Just focusing on the parts of the system most important to understanding the underlying concept. Getting into the weeds of fractional reserve banking isn't necessary for understanding how Capital Leverage works, and would likely convolute the explanation to the point that people would walk away more confused than enlightened. FRB is an important concept, though.

Hey Anthony, I don't know if you read these, but I have an incredibly unique life situation, and my family is what most would consider very successful. I'm not sure where is most wise to take my life if the factor of not being interested in what the family business is equated, but also myself having truly a deep desire to make more of an impact on my own in my life. I do billboard ads, and make about ~12.5k/m through two boards but it's not exactly my passion or what I crave out of life, or maybe it is and I don't see it. Obviously my situation is way more complex than this little summation, but can you offer a perspective that maybe I'm not seeing? Thank you and hope you consider answering

So that means the apartments/real estate you are renting or selling is at a very steep profit or you could not pay back your investment lenders (initial 250K down payment). So all you need is the moxie and the know-how. There is a huge risk though. If the bank calls in your loan, expecting your $750,000 loan back in a short time and you have an inability to return the money, you'll have to declare Bankruptcy. I think that is what happened in the 2008 real estate/banking industries that created a huge recession and irreversible investment loss, right?
@AnthonyVicino Жыл бұрын
As long as you're not in violation of your loan covenants, the bank cannot prematurely call your loan due. A lot of people went into technical default in 2007, but because of how banks have changed their lending practices, that's not so much of a concern.

Do you recommend building a personal brand first or building a business then a personal brand after, I feel like content creation and a personal brand is way more lucrative right now
@AnthonyVicino Жыл бұрын
Good question. Personal brand is a whole lot easier to build when you've done some "cool shit" or are in the process of doing some "cool shit". Definitely avoid creating content on topics you aren't well versed in or, if you do create content on those topics, do it from the perspective of a beginner sharing what they've learned along the way. Truthfully, it's easier to build a business first AND then the personal brand. But if you're a great content creator (writer, speaker, performer, etc..), then you could definitely jump straight into brand building.

@AnthonyVicino Жыл бұрын
It's an interesting question. Honestly, not having money was always a bigger source of stress than having money. Part of that is just knowing that if I had to go back to the beginning, it wouldn't be the end of the world. I've been there, done that, and am confident I could climb out of that hole again.
