In kishkinda the concept of three wise monkey is used very well 🙈- Appu pilla who seen the truth that chachu is died and he's behaving (forgetting) like he haven't seen anything 🙉- Aparana who heard all the truth from asif and she needs to be behave as she didn't heard anything if u see in the climax still they are going to identify a body even with knowing everything 🙊-Ajayan who knows all the truth and he's very well aware of what's going on . but he needs to be quiet to everyone The concept is just💥

Malayalam Cinema started of this year with a bang. Being someone from Kerala I was so happy for the recognition it was receiving from across the globe. Even I was afraid whether this industry could go on with it. But something else happened. The Hema committee report! Suddenly Malayalam film industry became something else in everyone's mind. Do you know the relevance of these 2 films ARM and Kishkindakandam? These were the films which brought back the audience to the theatres after the controversy. Some normal films wouldn't have done that. Now I am happy that the pattern is continuing with Sookshmadharshini, Mura etc.

When you appreciates a malayalam movie or any movie as it deserves that much appreciation but some bollywood fans or any overrated industry fans who are not even getting a success in their industry will just come and criticize it and even declare the review as a paid review. I have seen many reviews like this and their comments are filled with that much negativity. Mollywood industry is the most underrated industry and it is true that it is not getting that much hype and appreciation that it deserves from the whole audience

One thing that is very underrated in kk is the background score. It has so much emotion like hans zimmer scores. For me that was the thing that elevated the movie for me. Especially towards the climax.

Writer said that he always made his family members to guess the next scenario in the story and then he avoided all those scenarios as he progressed writing By the way, a second watch is more rewarding.

There is this interview of the director were he revealed that when he pick a scene to enhance it again. He left that page and wrote additional scenes to enhance it. For example he wanted to show how disciplined and far sighted Appu Pillai is. So thr heroine and us audience should feel this. So when in the movie when thr heroine ask Ajayan "What if the monkeys have taken the Gun?" Then Ajayan replies "Didn't you heard what he ordered yesterday, to bring somebody to climb trees?". The writer actually added this scene of Appu pillai ordering this the day before by going a page behind in the script. And the entire films is written like this. So you won't find a single unnecessary scenes in this movie. Everything or everys scene in the movie makes sense. And youcan notice this in a second watch.

Giving a gem of movie like KK, a national award would actually be a shame for this film, especially looking at the recent trend of winners of National awards. Just politics being played there now. So much of politics that National Awards are considered joke nowadays. Kerala State film awards has shown better standards and yeah KK deserves State film awards for best screenplay.
