I suffer from gastric vertigo 24-7 since 2023. your workouts have helped me go through each day. And I still continue to do it with caution. I am at certain periods able to perform my tasks at the office and at home. Grateful!

my hamstrings cramps a lot doing this. Does that mean they are too tight??🤔🤔

It depends and cramping in hamstrings could be for a number of reasons. We are not really stretching the hamstrings in this class so if it was cramping during the glute strengthening on hands and knees could be glute weakness, if it was when bending knee and pulling leg in closer could be hamstring weakness or compensating, and could also be positioning with some of the exercises.
