I think using the Cura PostProcessing Plugin called "Filament Change" is much easier than "Pause at Height" It pretty much does everything that "Pause at Height" does, but it makes it much easier to load the filament and purge it. At times, when I was using the "Pause at Height" setting, I would bump the gantry and cause it to move down a bit and ruin the print.
Using the "Filament Change" post processing script, I have minimal interaction with the gantry as the script does everything for me. I just have to load the filament until it reaches the start of the bowden tube and the script does the rest!
