Perfect timing on the release of this video! I have a HyperX Cloud II Wireless which is starting to show its age. The range has slowly decreased and the battery seems to soon give up completely. Might give the EKSA a try :)

Anytime bud, so happy you enjoyed it. As for sound cards, are there any in particular you are looking into? I am asking because with a USB headset, you by pass a sound card, so you can have an INCREDIBLE soundcard, but if its USB, you bypass that soundcard and use whats on the headset since it has it's own sound card.

@ I want to know if it’s actually worth getting a soundcard compared to dedicated audio on your motherboard. I despise Realtek, so I’ve been looking at soundcards, like the Asus Xonar SE and the Creative SoundBlaster Audigy Fx.

What kind of headphones are you planning on using? Also, I have been using Realtek for about 20 years.... it works PERFECTLY for me, why do you hate it? What do you use your sound for? Only gaming or professional audio?

1.Phillips SHP9600 Stereo Headphones 2.Gaming 3.Drivers and constant troubleshooting to fix them I want to purchase a soundcard, as the Audigy FX isn’t that expensive (40 USD). Is my justification to buying one stupid? I’m tired of dealing with troubleshooting Realtek drivers. My friend recommended me to get an Audigy FX as he said it’s easy to setup and drivers aren’t terrible.

a sound card used to be necessary, now not so much Realtek has been amazing for YEARS, I was a product development engineer for Alienware and Velocity Micro. What is the manufacturer and model number of your motherboard?

Hey Iggy I can ask if you dont know on how much FPS I will run for example Mafia definitive edition or Detroit become human with GPU RTX 3060 And CPU AMD Radeon 5 4500 ? ( With 16GB RAM ). And dont ask why please. I just wanna know it for something 😁

Its impossible for anyone to tell you that, the best we can do is guess, you will be playing at 1080P, the 3060 is decent. If you have your settings on low, medium and maybe high, you can get anywhere from 60FPS to 100FPS in certain games, no RTX though.

Change microphone to 32000hz on HyperX, its 16000hz default.
