Diary of a CEO is a fantastic channel and he has some great guests and great discussions but let's not forget he made his money by being a great marketeer and salesman and financer of products that fit certain niches that happen to be trending at the time.... His "Huel" products for example are great but still no comparison to fruits and vegetables... I do love the guy tho and love to see someone who has come from humble beginnings make it and do well for themselves, more power to them 🙌 And as for you PJ your an inspiration too, and I'm sure many other people will agree that your down to earth demeanour is your USP so I wish you well and hope you carry on with your YT blogs/vlogs/citizen journalism or whatever you wish to call it, much love to you and yours ❤🙏🏼👍👊

Just keep off the carbs Peter and do a bit of exersise according to your age like I am doing, I am 2 years younger but I have lost 1.5 stones but still have the odd beers, keep up the good work, I love all of your vids.

Eat less ,most people eat more than 2500 calories a day ! keep fat and fried food out your diet as well and excessive , no mystery !!!

Did you mean Calories-in / Calories-out ? We know there's a world of difference between the metabolic effects of 1,000 calories worth of Sugar and 1,000 calories worth of Steak.

Its so simple. An average man can have 2500-3500 calories per day. Eat and drink more than that, and you will increase your weight, eat and drink below that every day and you will lose weight. Its just maths. People eat 6000 calories per day and wonder why they are sill fat 😂

Yeah and it's still 2500 calories pal. I wouldn't recommend it but you could eat 2500 calories of cheesecake per day and you will lose weight if your usual intake is around 3000-4000 calories. You can eat 2500 calories of McDonald's per day and lose weight if your usual intake is more than that. It is really not hard, been there done it got the XL t.shirt. 😂

You'll lose Water, Bone density and Muscle Mass and you'll still be desperately short of all essential Vitamins, Minerals and Trace Elements. McD's is relatively quite healthy compared to Cheesecake or Ice Cream or Chocolate etc' IF YOU THROW AWAY THE BREAD and don't do Fries and the the Seed Oil they're fried in. Just eat the Beef Patties and stick to water instead of Sugar-Sweetened drinks.
