It seems this raid had a lot of mistakes. Firstly they did not adequately smooth down the stickers. Secondly, they did not give the best rebuttals to the violators arguments. Finally, they allowed the violator to leave by a different route that he got on, without a ticket. Try to do it better next time guys!

They installed Metal Bollards at this spot now that they remove and put back for snow removal, Because of the clinic it is unsafe to have cars on the walkway. You are correct the technique is perfected now.

Some peaple have rainex on their windshield. Or if its wet from rain or snow. That prevents the stickers from sticking properly.

Huge fan, good job. But i must say that you didn't managed with the police well. You should have filed a report on him for Assault at the beginning for throwing something at you, ice cream idk, And that he broke the badge off your bike and threw it away. Also you should have said that its a Sidewalk for pedestrians and all you did was standing at the sidewalk as a pedestrian and that's all. Good luck on next times. Love from Israel 💙

There is always a systemic issue. The fact that the police (Полиция) cannot give a ticket to a traffic violator without calling the traffic police (дпс) is just dumb. This is why these people don't give a fuck. In our country when the police (or any similar force) spots you driving on a sidewalk, it's easy pickings for them, you get a massive ticket, and guess what? Pretty much nobody drives on sidewalks. Go figure.

Lying starts from the top and it goes down all the way. There is no way normal citizens would lie like that to police or to anyone in europe. This is regular behaviour only in russia as almost everyone lies there. I respect your videos though a lot! There is a small percent that works for the truth. Edit: I am so sad for our kids what our age has let happen. But only russian people could have prevented this.
