So to explain it easier say his total stand length of his truck is 17 meters right if he has a load that needs to be extends cause of the length of the load he’ll charge a length metre etc in this case he has chosen to extend his trailer or he’s need to to but he’s not going to charger extra for it if that makes since. I’m not sure how it works over there as I’m from New Zealand but that’s what I’m gathering he means by it.
