Aristotle once commented on the importance of repetition in education by noting, “It is frequent repetition that produces a natural tendency.”
Repetition is a key learning aid because it helps transition a skill from the conscious to the subconscious. Through repetition, a skill is practiced and rehearsed over time and gradually becomes easier. These will be a series of short motivational affirmations to help retrain your thought process.
Myles Munroe said, “Nothing changes until your mind changes.” These daily affirmations are created to help assist you in changing the way you think about your goals and dreams. And visualize getting whatever it is you desire.
There is a famous Scripture that says, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.” These short simple sayings are a way of asking, seeking, knocking, and believing that you will receive them. It may seem silly at first, but keep saying and repeating them over and over until it becomes a part of you.
It is very important that you repeat this 25 to 50 times a day. Speak it out loud to yourself so it can resonate in your hearing, when you wake, throughout the day, and before you go to bed. This is our very first step in stopping stinking thinking. We have to first change how we think about ourselves.
The wisest man on the planet once said, “As a man thinketh in his heart so is he.”
