New microphone sounds sweet, the new rotors and refurbished callipers look great well done, all the best from England

Yeah, really nice sound from the new mic - it's pretty directional as we can hear from the off-scene sound which is quite quiet. Great for rejecting spurious noise and focusing on the on-scene activity. A definite win for the channel!

Thanks for posting this video on aftermarket brakes for the MX-5 NC. I too, ordered Goodwin stoptech rotors and porterfield pads (along with stainless lines) for my 2012 MX-5 (PRHT) NC. Can't wait to have them installed next week!

I salute you. I've pretty much done all you've done or I'm looking to do what you have done. Strange. I have the 2012 NC PRTHT. Your work is appreciated... Cheers

Very cool! Nice install - and my OCD likes your caliper spraying! ;-) Keep 'em coming! Glad you like the improved stopping experience! Stopping can be more important than accelerating! :-D I have a lot of plans that are financially not compatible with my building a house! I want a big brake kit, 18" wheels and coilovers. What do you think I should go for first? All the best, Rob in Switzerland.

Big brakes would be nice but the set up I got is a really nice addition for a lot less!

Does the aerosol paint attack the nitrile rubber used for your caliper gaitors?

No it shouldn't

This is exactly what I'm doing to my camry. Constant 70-0 stopping going down hill for traffic lights kills the brakes. Need something that can take the heat.

Your 60 to 0 time really hasnt changed at all boss. If your car can lock the wheels then that's all the power you need. It's the tires that provide the traction to stop the car. A stickier tire will help it more. Now if we're talking triple digits then yeah you can start to see a difference.

Your vids are entertaining but not educational. Why not show how to actually do the job? I realize others have done it, and shown it on KZbin, but who cares?? We learn by watching. Your vids offer nothing in terms of how to actually do the job! Don’t be afraid to show the brake fluid dripping!

Its exactly why I linked and said theres a better video on how to install these in my bio. I wasnt going to copy someone else's content. Some of my other stuff is more how to like, but my channel isn't specifically for how to videos since I'm not a mechanic or anything.

Yup... I totally get it. Not criticizing you at all! I’m not a mechanic either... but I’m willing to attempt these type of mods and repairs myself... which is why I would appreciate seeing a more detailed and in depth video.
