Who wins in a 1v1? Chipsa or a Bronze Mercy OTP picking up Doomfist for the first time?

Thank you so much for doing these. Been looking for a teacher like Jayne since his absence in OW2. You are knocking it out of the park. I hope you blow up, I'll be sharing these guides as much as I can.

HUUUGE props to this guide, the effort you put in to provide examples with a custom skirmish should be the new standard for OW guides.

Very good format, I can't play doomfist because your previous video taught me to stick to my hero pool, but I'll keep this in mind to counter the dooms I see in my games
@zerxas70169 ай бұрын
Personally, I dont see learning a new hero as wrong. For dps I mainly play Hanzo/Widow, but I can also play Soldier, Sojourn, reaper, and Ashe. I only change if I need to change how Im playing, or if Im doing poorly against certain heroes/comps. I also play supp, and mainly play Ana/Zen since I learned their playstyles before others, but Ill switch to Bap or Moira when I need their kits. Its always good to have options. For tank, i was otp on Sigma, since I havent played Rein since Brigs release in ow1; now Im looking to learn Doom, cause I like his design and it enables an aggressive playstyle that I cant get on Sig.

All these good doomfist gameplays have one thing in common, that is good healing. Which is not the reality when I play in lower ranks.

you need to learn how to find health packs to sustain yourself. it will also alleviate pressure from your supports so they have more resources to sustain the rest of your time. not easy all the time but with df mobility you defo can. hope this helps bro

I feel like in the current meta, against any comp that doesn't include hog I'm just free to do what ever i want and as soon as they make the swap to hog it becomes way harder to do anything. holding the frontline seems pretty difficult cause usally the hogs focus their hooks on me. i try to sort of bait the hook by playing around corners but on some maps that is really difficult to me. also whenever I try to ignore the hog and go for backline their hog just w keys into my team and picks us off which is why I still try to play up front most of the time. some games just seem really difficult especially when i don't have a kiriko to cleanse me when being hooked. id appreciate any additional tips for the hog matchup cause pretty much the only thing I'm struggling with currently
@sheriff90262 жыл бұрын
Maybe im coping but i really feel like its the team’s fault sometimes as they can’t help dying to an alone hog 1v4. Other than that i usually just try to get the hog to hook me while having cooldowns to stay alive so that he cant kill my squishies.
