It's really crazy how similar my childhood/teen years are to Lex's. It makes me sad and angry sometimes when I watch sometimes like this one bc its just a reminder of how many adults failed us. I wish that I would've had a friend like little Lex bc it would've been nice to have someone who understood. Growing up none of my friends understood bc they didn't go through what I had gone through and it made me feel very lonely, misunderstood, and a little embarrassed. I know it might sound crazy but watching her story times is healing in a way bc it makes me realize that I wasn't the only one going through all of these horrible things.

I also have gone through almost the same situation.. but now Im older and all I want is for my mom to love my kids since we can’t go back in time and fix the mother daughter moments I couldn’t stand my mom for leaving me and my siblings, now I’m battling stage 4 breast cancer and I have 3 babies age 13,9 and a 4 years old I put all my worries to God cause I couldn’t have all the weight of missing my mom being abused,molested at a young age and having so much hatred in my heart for all the stuff I’ve been through..any who our father left us he still with us despite all you been through he gave you your own babies and a good man that loves you, you have a home .. I have my c be abues my husband and every day that I wake up is a blessing.. thank you for sharing your struggles.. just know your not alone and we all are going through something.. most importantly God our Lord love you and us all 💕💕💕💕

Stoooopppp. The tea. 😳 I feel you on the baby thing. Like I was always forced to babysit all the time. This one woman I would babysit for would be gone for days and my mom would come and bring us food and stuff cause she was a good mom, but like I can’t leave them. She wouldn’t even check on them. I was like 11-14 when this was happening. She was the only one would leave her kids with me but it wasn’t a good situation and some people would show up sometimes and it was scary. Like I’m too young to have these kids if someone breaks in or something! A couple times I would even walk to my house with the kids to feed them cause there was no food. I lived next to an interstate and shouldn’t have ever done that but I was a kid. Responsible for small kids. Like how small or smaller than I imagine the peaches kids being.

When you spoke about how your mom treated you badly because she just had that constant reminder. I honestly can relate when I came out to my mom she treated me weird and bad for months! Now we are besties but that always messed me up. And then when Tommy said to put yourself in your mom shoes!! I always said that if that was my husband, all hell would break loose.
