Nice. He gave up what could have been a lucrative career and possible springboard to other opportunities because she is insecure instead of just reassuring her. Maybe by explaining that the people at school barely know him and don't know the female model at all, so how could they have any idea of the relationship between the two. Or inviting her to the occasional photo shoot to let her see what it is really like. Or inviting the female model to occasionally hang out with them so she could get to know her and understand that they were just friends. You know... anything other than arbitrarily quitting a job that could have helped pay college fees.
