Devilovania is a Unitale fangame made by IGB_team. It is set in the StoryShift universe and lets you fight against Chara Dreemurr!

Those are Chaos Busters, Hypergoners are a different type of attack in which asriel turns into a white DT Extractor (Atleast that's what it looks like) which then it sucks up all past timelines and puts them into a black hole created within the Hypergoners mouth. You could look at "No Hit Asriel" and scroll to the point where asriel uses his full power, and then go to the attack before that.
