I’m gonna admit it. I was 9 at the game and my dad made us leave whenever the As went off. But I told my dad we need to stay because they are gonna comeback. We listen to the radio and it kept getting closer and I just kept looking at him. We got home and they were in the 12th. We never left before the end of a game ever since. 😂

That’s gotta hurt. I actually have a similar story when I was 8 I was at Game 1 of the 2015 World Series and my dad was telling me in the ninth like do you want to leave the Mets are up there isn’t a good chance of a comeback but I told him no we are staying like it’s the World Series fir crying out loud so we stayed and we went to get pizza when Alex Gordon hit the game tying home run off of Famila and it was a school night so I was very happy that my dad agreed to stay. GO ROYALS
