Check you diet if you are getting acne even after a good skin care routine. For me it took me 2-3yrs to figure out that I might be gluten intolerant. I have totally cut Maida/Wheat based food specially fried foods and that’s how I got rid of acne scars. Now I only use Cetaphil cleanser and cetaphil moisturizer and honestly Cetaphil is the life saver. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily. Use non greasy sunscreen and clean your face 2times a day with gentle cleanser like cetaphil/Cerave. And use benzoyl peroxide ointment in the area where you have active acne. Make sure to not overdose the ointment as it might dry out skin. Using benzoyl peroxide overnight and then clean your face with a gentle cleanser and use moisturiser in the day time.

Girl... You went through a lot. You are definitely very strong girl. I also had very clear skin but in dec 2024 i got a lot of acne... But i immediately stoped all my actives .. Started tretinoine and salicylic acid spot treatment and recovered from them within a month. Please first make sure your skin barrier is strong and acne is healed then start anything active or scar cream. And clean everything everyday like towels, pillow cover and every possible thing that touches your face. Hope you get clear skin as before in 2025. Love your strength and honesty throughout the entire video. Love you😘

PLEASE READ THIS GIRLS (17,18,19,20.. AGE) SO at this very age you will definitely gonna have acne like crazy maybe kisi kisi ka na ho but mostly its common to have acne at this age! My skin acne started at 18 it was like crazyyyy before that I never ever got that kinda acne.. in this video the girl did laser treatment and all which may have triggered this acne but in my case i literally did nothing to my face and my acne was crazy ...usse phle i never really focused on my face like i used to wash my face kbi kbi with facewash or bss water s wash krti thi and face m bss boroline cream laga ti thi thats all i did till 18th ...when i had the acne breakouts i was so tensed i never used makeup like not even eyeshadow, blush kuch bi ni So with that acne breakouts all over my face it was impossible for me to go out i used to wear mask. And i couldn't even got to consult a dermatologist like where i live is a remote area where dermatologist is no where to be found wo bi acche wale tho milega he ni ... Than finally thought kuch tho krna parega i watch hundreds of videos... reviews like ak ak product k niche jake reviews prti thi for hours .. Then finally i made my own skincare routine for my acne am routine( started with facewash with Cetaphil,toner (plum ka) ,vitamin c serum derma co, moisturizer (dermaco ka ), spf sunscreen dermaco ka h , and pm routine m sirf face wash krti thi , toner and niacinamide serum and salicylic serum derma co ka phir so jati thi I followed this routine for 6 months and now i upgraded my skin care since all my acne redness is gone and now i literally have my best skin now i am 20 and i still do my skin care like my life depends on it jaida product use ni krti jo h usiko acche s consistent rkhti hu and water intake bohut jaida krti hu timely soti hu and now i am really proud of my consistency and result tho skin d he rha h SO PLEASE GIRLS DONT DO THIS LASER TREATMENT AND ALL YE SAB K BINA BI WITH REGULAR AND CONSISTENT CARE FOR YOUR SKIN WITH GOOR PRODUCTS YOU CAN GET KOREAN GLASS LIKE SKIN JUST FOCUS ON YOURSELF DRINK MORE AND MORE WATER , TIMELY SOJANA APNI NIND PURI KRNA MAX 7+ HOURS , OILY FOODS COMPLETY BAND KRDO , SWEETS BI COMPLETELY BAND KRDO I ALSO JOIN GYM TAKE REGULARLY WORKOUT HO SWEATS NIKLE THATS MAKES YOUR SKIN MORE BETTER SO PLEASE IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR SKIN FOLLOW THIS STEPS!!! For me acne started when i was a teen (14 y/o) because i always stayed up late reading e-books. It started on my forehead then it healed with the help of benzoyl peroxide ointment. Then it went to my cheeks, that part was the longest to heal. It took years for me because i was studying, i had bad habits because of studying (drinking caffeine, eating unhealthy foods, not getting enough sleep). Then it healed slowly with the help of hydroquinone tretinoin astringent, salicylic acid treatment, azelaic acid, anti-acne ointments but my face still have few small pimples. Yes i bought A LOT of anti-acne products, I even started eating healthy foods (mostly in that years sleeping early wasn't for me because i was studying) but my face isn't glass skin at all. 😭 One thing a mistake from me, I wished i visited a dermatologist way back in my teen years but we didn't have enough money to consult. Also both of my parents had acne but they said that their acne magically gone at the age of 25 or something so maybe it will be the same for me. Im 23 y/o now. They also said that my grandparents and their previous generations didn't have acne. Now, i only have scars and dark spots here and there, small fungal acne on my forehead, and few small pimples on my jawline

Hey girl, I had same journey as yours. Now I am left with those stubborn acne scars. How to get rid of them?
@Mango463837 күн бұрын
My story is exactly like yours. I changed multiple dermatologist hoping to find the right one and i regret going to a deramat. The only cream that helped me was Azithromycin cream which u apply only on the acne and it dries out the pimple but in doing so it also dries out the skin as well. My dad had acne and his disappeared once he turned 24. so i waited and once i turned 24 it magically disappeared. I rarely get pimples now. I had deep scars but over time they are disappearing on their own, i am 28 now. One more thing i have also been using alot of ayurvedic medicines which has helped my skin alot, and I don't use any commercial facewash or skin care products. I feel like our skin knows how to heal itself and not doing anything is the best thing, atleast for me.

I never had acne too. Bas ek do pimple aate the. Then last year ( i was 21) it suddenly started so so bad. I think it was because i was using too many actives everyday. I used to use panoxyl facewash everyday which had salicylic acid. Isliye kyuke mujhe ek do pimple ate the and i dint want it to come. Kyuke fir wo scars chodke chale jate the jo kabhi jate nahi. So i think this ruined my skins barrier completely. Aur jab acne hora tha i would apply benzoyl peroxide which would make it even worse cos we are not supposed to apply actives on active painful cystic acne. Then i finally found a good dermat and went to her. She put me on accutane to stop it. And now after 1 month my skin is clear alhumdulillah. Im on my 2nd month of accutane. Mujhe kabhi bhi diet se acne nahi hota tha. Bas ek ya do ate the chote pimples if i ate yogurt. Thats it. But now even if i eat chota sa half cheesecake i get pussfilled acne. Even though im on accutane. 😢 so idk what to do about it really. Im thinking to find a good skincare regime jisme actives nahi ho. Instead skin barrier repair ke liye help ho. Cos i cant live without dairy and gluten and sugar for whole life na. Im still so young. Also i got acne only on my cheeks . Not forehead not nose not chin or upper lip. I got my hormones checked too. Theyre normal. I got my bacteria checked . It was no bacterial acne. So i think it happened cos of products and this is my advice to you too. Pls dont use benzoyl or any of the actives when u r going through active acne phase. Doctor se consult krlo bas khudse kabhi research karke matt use kro koi bhi skincare. Ajkal bahot trend chalrha hai of korean skincare ye wo on reels and everywhere. Jisko dekh ke hame bhi lagta hai ke lets try this so i can make my skin better but pls dont do it if ur skin is already good. Those of us who struggled would knowww how hard it is. And how painful it is.

Here are some inputs - 1. Isotretinoin capsules is an amazing medication for acne. It removes acne from the roots hence you would see vulgar acne formation for few weeks. But eventually new acne formation would reduce to 95%. Also it leaves major scars behind and eventually hair fall will increase drastically. 2. Before getting laser it’s not mandatory to shave face. Laser is done to improve ur skin texture. Laser creates tiny micro-holes in the skin, triggering the body's natural healing process to produce new collagen. They generally do not prevent new acne from forming. You would still end up getting acne during periods. 3. I would like to recommend a product “Erytop”, once the acne is healed do try this product (suggesting based on my experience).
@shobbbb19977 күн бұрын
I agree with not needing to shave but you aren’t supposed to use laser on active acne. There is a high risk that you would be spreading the bacteria across your skin.

Due to depression, I messed up my last attempt as i couldnt focus on my studies. I lost all my self esteem that year and am still suffering with inferiority complex since then. At last I was prescribed with isotretenoin and it worked like magic. In a month, all acne was gone. But I was too late. There was massive scars left on my face after this (I still have) and my hairs started falling off due to strong doses. I still have baldness in my crown area. Yes I am male and now 27 with scars, bald spots, complexes and a failed career. Small things can mess u up. Kudos to you for staying courageous and strong.

2024 was a bad Year for my skin too. Maybe it's started in September or October , i started having breakouts 2 or 3 or more than that. I had clear skin and i used to get 2 or 3 breakouts specially in summer time but it used to recover on its own and didn't leave a single scar. But this sudden change freaked me out. I got cystic acne too but not severe😊. I don't know what to do. In October, i just stepped into my 20s and all of this things started........first i thought maybe it's because of my exam pressure and my unusual routine but i can't figure out. But your video gave me a lot of strength to fight with it. You are inspiration for us. Sometimes, we felt like why is this happening to me only and get depressed but people like you helps us to ease.

Today's times we have so many cosmetic products and treatments that claim a lot regarding the skin betterment. Their ingredients, advertisements and the way the brands publicize their products create an urge amongst the consumers to buy and try it. We feel everything is good and will suit our skin, would make it more better nd beautiful, but little we know that such chemical compositions might not suit everyone. I think everyone should follow the mantra of "Less is More". Also rather completely depending on chemically formulated things, we should try to incorporate ayurveda or homeopathy though they take a bit of time but have permanent and long lasting cure. You are a very brave girl and hats off to you for showing the exact position of your skin. Surely Will pray for you

Omggggg😢😭 Sorry for what you’re going through, I know your acne journey has been stressful. I’ve been in a similar situation. I never had acne until 2021, when it started slowly. At first, I ignored it, but as it worsened, I saw a dermatologist. She prescribed meds, skincare, and supplements, and I also treated my dandruff (which was causing my forehead acne). She emphasized that treating acne internally first is most important. Later, I did laser and scar treatments, and thankfully, I haven’t had major breakouts in 4+ years ,just a rare pimple here and there. Stay strong, it gets better!💯🤍🧿

Girl, i have passed through this kind of phase. Actually this is the fungal bacterial infection. It happens when you shave your face with razor. What worked for me is to use white vinegar, i used to apply 4-5 times a day with clean cotton and at night i used to apply pure alovera gel. Also i started using Cerave cleanser, SA moisturizer of Cerave, and Ordinary niacinamide serum. I haven’t had this much as i started doing this from start as soon as i get to know its bacterial infection. And now my skin is clear. I hope this helps. Stay positive and it will heel. Don’t stress 😊 also please do not take any treatment it will make it worst and worst not even peeling. Just do home remedies and eat clean. Stay hydrated

My face used to be filled with acne specifically my forehead and I used to pick on it and pop the pimples. One day I decided that I should really take care of my skin and stop picking on my acne. I came across this 50 year Korean woman who look like she was in her 30s, her skin is flawless. Then she shared about the Korean skin care and I decided why not try it. I bought some K-beauty skin care products and I researched on how to do skincare to make sure I’m doing it properly. I followed the routine and did it continuously and finally my face was acne free. It took me about 2 years and now I have no acne but I still have some dark spots here and there like the acne that I used to pick on. You are so brave to share about your experience with acne and even showing the pictures. Just be patient and keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll get to where you want it to be like I did. And I promise it’ll be clear like it was never there before. Be safe ❤

I do have blackheads all over my face when i was in 8-9th standard that time i don't know anything about skincare like acne, pimples nothing just a normal girl washing with soap, but when i went to school everyone asks me why there is so much black and dark like green dots on your face that time i didn't notice it or i don't look mirror i have fair skin, when i was in 11-12 i was too exhausted and my mother take me to dermatologist and she gave a cream its Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamyicin gel and prescribed medication too but we didn't buy tablets cuz it may contain side effects and using it for 1y probably my blackheads cleared and after that i was facing with red active acne with irritation that was soo hurtful and i joined college that time due to covid mask played an important role so i was so happy and i don't use any products on my face and when i was in 2nd yr everyone says that serum suits you like that many compliments so i tried salicylic acid serum, facewash, moisturizer etc that was my first time using these products then also breakouts still there whenever i see with clean face im jealous and after many review i brought aqualogica sunscreen that pink bottle that was my first mistake, after using it someday i got itchiness redness active acne so i took college leave for weeks i tried every home remedies nothing work so i went homeopathy doctor and he gave medicines and after many weeks it calm down but still breakouts and 2024 august again went through a mental stress due to acne homeopathy doctor says when u are 25 everything will be okay and i went to dermatologist cuz i can't even go out i was stressed he suggested Azithromycin tablets and acne curing soap, and clindamycin Nicotinamide gel also Adaplene and moisturizer too and kojic cream for scars that burnt my skin so i stopped everything but im getting breakouts till now🙂🙌 i brought many skincare products but still facing this acne issues( btwn i don't use any makeup products till now) and i use alot of home remedies nothing worked.

I must say I had a very bad experience with aqualogica sunscreen pink bottle it ruined my skin and then I realised that I should stop applying it I stopped but after that my skin has became so sensitive that I am not able to use a single product on my skin I can't even use a facewash after that now I don't use anything... I just clean my face by wiping my face 2 to 3 times with milk and then apply a good amount of milk on face for 3 to 5 mins and it helps me a lot😊😊

Yes it can be definitely bcz of laser I have just one literally one active acne in my entire face still my doc gave me 2 month time to completely clear ny skin he said no to laser even after I have only 1 acne he said it's not suggested to do laser on skin that has acne it should be on completely healthy skin nd yes after laser u have to be very very careful from the sun , sun can do too much to your skin after laser.

You should be mindful of your words! Those are not scars; they are spots. You have no idea what real scars are, and I truly hope you never have to deal with them, because it would be a nightmare, trust me. Acne can be treated easily, but scars take years to improve, and even then, there’s often no complete solution or minimal one. They are permanent dents in your skin. Consider yourself lucky!
@harshitadave9 күн бұрын
I understand your point. But I also know what I’m saying. Ik it looks like I have marks and not scars and while it’s not pits I do have textured scar and there’s a layer of it on both the cheeks unlike the marks/spots that I have on my forehead :)

U should sue the laser clinic. How do they not know that acne is the enemy in laser? It is medically not advisable. Basically common sense! They wanted ur money
@RETS9299 күн бұрын
Stop spreading false news. Med student here, it's not a contradiction. Yeah, if you have clear skin, there are less chances of any flare up but how can you say it was the sole reason of her acne? She got it way after the laser and she herself was exposing her skin to extremes of temperature! I got folliculitis flare up after the q switch laser too but it was the very next day not something like what happened to her!! You people should stop blaming people without being sure of yourself!!
@chocominxx9 күн бұрын
@ she just said that the clinic said it’s ok to go for laser when she had active acne. I was in the same situation and my laser therapist strictly denied me laser treatment that day. They give u a form where they ask u do u have acne? There’s a reason for it. So come on, it’s just common sense a laser therapist must have
@RETS9299 күн бұрын
@chocominxx but as I said, minor breakout isn't a contradiction. Also in her case, it's probably not the reason.

I did confront them. But it was of no use so now I can only focus on healing what damage’s already done :(
@harshitadave9 күн бұрын
@@RETS929Getting laser treatments is not a problem here what went wrong is how carelessly the second session was done just to get fast results. And I didn’t expose myself to any harsh temperatures. I had layers of sunscreen on and I always take care of my skin when Ik im being exposed to heat. My skin was never sensitive it only became sensitive after the laser treatment so yes it was majorly the reason for my breakout !
