Stove Top Skillet Potato Bread |

Try this delicious Stove Top Skillet Potato Bread. It`s a very simple recipe.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 medium size potato
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp instant active yeast
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
Mash potato and set aside.
Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, salt and yeast in mixing bowl.
Add the butter, cheese, mash potato and water then mix together.
Allow dough to rest for about 20 minutes then knead again for 5-7 minutes.
On a floured surface roll out dough then cut the desired size.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer dough to skillet.
Cook both sides for approx; 10 minutes each.
