No Kick found..... How to repair a Broken Kickstart on the Drz 110 / Klx 110

Today we are fixing up this 2003 Suzuki DRZ 110 (aka Kawasaki KLX 110).
This bike has bunch of performance parts, including an aftermarket FMF Exhaust system, Aftermarket Mikuni Carburetor, Big Bore Kit 143cc, Renthal Bars, and graphics.
I will show you how I repaired the kick start on this dirt bike.

I'm having the opposite problem with a little Baja dr50. When I throw the kick it pushes the bike forward even when in neutral

the clutch pack is probably stuck together, has the bike been sitting?

@@StoversMotors maybe. I'm honestly not sure. Picked it up for free last night. I have the tranny case off now so I'll check that

@@StoversMotors I'm having this same issue. replaced clutch pack with EBC, adjusted the screw til tight and backed it off 1/4. still same issue. im thinking it has to be trans related.

Is this different for the manual with clutch version of the 110?

@@StoversMotorsare you referring to the clutch mod? I have one that the clutch went bad but it didn’t originally come with the clutch, it’s a 2006 regular Klx 110. I appreciate your response bro.
