Very helpful tutorial for me. I am trying to learn everything I can on Langmuir's Plasma systems and the Fusion 360 program before purchasing in the near future. Thanks for sharing.

Thx, but with the disrespect in the classroom these days I’m sure I’d be in prison for murder! 😈😈

Hey another get tutorial I have shared your last 2 from the July 4th weekend on both the Langmuir Facebook and forum with several guys/gals needing help with THC on their Pro table. Thank you for taking the time to upload and post these tutorials. Tim

Thx Tim, I appreciate you sharing them on the forum...I intentionally didn't post them on the forum for fear that some may take it as my attempt to increase subscribers or to toot my own horn. I have no dream of having a huge subscriber base just wanting to help others answer the same questions I had. But anyway I'm glad it is on the forum and can help others. As I learn more I should probably go back and redo the IHS and THC cause there may be some comments that I've since learned may be incorrect but they are minor points.

As always, a most helpful video! I have FireControl V21.1.5 and it is not letting me save the generated straight line G-code. Is it possible Langmuir removed that capability in recent versions?

Good question…I haven’t done it for a while but will give it a try in next couple of days and let you know what I find.

I had a chance today to check into this and you are correct…I don’t see the tab that use to allow you to save the Gcode. I may ping Langmuir and see what they say. Will let you know what I hear

What Kerf are you using for 11 gauge material?
@CustomCreations33 жыл бұрын
I’m using .051” which is the kerf in the cut charts for 10 gauge steel and fine cut nozzle

@@CustomCreations3 that is strange my Hyperthem book for mild steel 10 gauge is .057

My chart (www.weldersupply.com/Content/files/ProductPDFs/Powermax45XPOperatorManua.pdf) on page 127 has .057 for 10 gauge using the regular nozzle but for fine cut on page 127 it says .051

@@CustomCreations3 Oh you are using the fin cut nozzle I'm using the regular nozzle.

For the recent video looking at bevel I used the regular nozzle and the .057 kerf but for production work on signs I use the fine cut nozzle and the .051” kerf
