Great video! I have the 875 autoline too and this is the very first video on wiring for cnc. I'm building my own plasma table, and want to use the Miller. Although I don't have the straight torch handle, I'll have to work some OT and save for it. Thanks again.

trying to gather necessary parts of the 875 Autoline automation kit. with the crossfire pro, does your machine torch use the Shield Sense Tab? if so, what is it for? how does it install? thank you! can’t wait to see the press brake build!

Hey Jeremy Quant! did you get the Animation kit for your Miller 875 Plasma Autoline ? Also which plasma table did you decide to go with? The Sheild sense tab is not needed to function this cutter.

Thank you Keith Lane, you asked a very great question. To be honest the focus of this channel will be my business journey into manufacturing products to sale to the public, and start my own business from just this three car garage into one day a large shop. I love the Automotive On-Road and Off-Road Community, I'm hoping to dive into these areas first.Thank you for your question.

Hello, how are you? Excuse me, I have a question exactly like this. Do you need an air flow regulator? Or not? The second point, what is the regulator in the video and where can you get it? Thank you.
@marcustomzАй бұрын
@Zizoum-1 you do not need an air flow regulator with the Miller Spectrum 875 Autoline. The Miller Spectrum 875 Autoline has an automatic feature that self regulates the air flow out put. The air flow regulator I show in this video, is there for when I need to adjust the air flow out put when I'm painting in my garage.

@@marcustomz Thank you dear, one last question if you allow me! What is the diameter of the internal connection of the air hose inlet in the machine? Because the machine that I got from a friend does not have a nut connecting the machine to the air hose. Do you know its diameter or size? For example, 10 mm or more? Sorry to bother you
@marcustomzАй бұрын
@Zizoum-1 4 to 5 millimeters.

I have another question, do you have the connection that you made to your controller to activate the remote trigger of the plasma?
@Subi_doo Жыл бұрын
Hey bro, just letting you know, you don’t need to run an air water separator on the machine. The 875 comes with an internal one from the factory
@marcustomz Жыл бұрын
Wow! I had no clue, that's pretty Dope!! Thanks
@Subi_doo Жыл бұрын
@@marcustomz I was about to install one, but I installed the 12v harness first and noticed it already had one when I took the cover off. It’s tiny, but still supplied inside. The more I think about it, your probably better off running the external too to prevent water making it inside the machine. I don’t understand how the internal on works. Normally there’s a valve you open to drain, but I can’t see mill making you take the cover off everyone to drain it. It also has a black drain hose that goes right behind the black plastic cover

What’s if we have the 875 but not the auto line
@marcustomz3 жыл бұрын
Hey Jessury Ceballos the non Autoline kit has a similar but different wiring configuration. I would call Miller and talk with the Tech support they are very helpful. The manual for the non 875 should help some as well. I'll go look at my manual to see if mentions the non 875, I'll get back to you.
@CraigGuggenberger Жыл бұрын
Help! I am pulling my hair our trying to get this same setup working! The torch will only fire when i hit the torch off button not the torch fire button! Miller tells me that the 875 Autoline with machine torch uses a momentary switch to fire the torch and the Langmuir uses a closed circuit torch fire. Did you run into any of these issues when setting yours up?
@marcustomz Жыл бұрын
I did not run into this issue. Do you have the torch height controller from Langmuir?
