Thats a great flashlight for someone like me who likes things to be easy to use and no fiddling about. I'm on a lot of meds and find many things too complicated for me to understand and this would suit me down to the ground lol. Foolproof some would say but I say easy to use lol. Klarus makes some good lights. Still have my RS20 from 11years ago, love that light, it has a side flood light with four different colors red Green blue and white

Is there a red light or something that shows you, you have to charge?

No red light but the flashlight itself will blink on and off when your battery needs to be charged. I tested it myself.
