Seen this movie many times and I still get a cold chill when HDS, with a beautiful home, pool, and wife that BBQs 🍔s and goes to fetch a 🍺 for his friend suddenly says "Get me outta here, they're killing me, I can't make this scene." I've felt that way too

Yeah, then he gets killed pulling the jewelry store heist. So heartbreaking that some people can't leave the life.

Became a HDS fan after seeing "Straight Time" at the theatre in 1978. Went back a week later and saw it again.RIP Harry.
