Once again another great video. On a new skidoo 850 would you recommend your manifold and pipe then since you said the stock manifold is good but with your pipe you get another 2ish I believe? So your manifold and pipe gives around 8-9hp? Do I need to run a power commander or something or does your stuff work with stock Fueling? Not sure how you feel About Bikeman pipes but I know they have a simple Plug and play harness that can add 5/10/15% fuel. I’d rather run your pipe and manifold but if I need more fuel maybe that harness would work? Thanks for any input Rich.

Our pipe do to being 150 rpms higher is spot on with the stock map as the map is a little rich and we are higher rpms so map has less timing there. You must use stock timing as the pipe and Y has used up any extra fuel. The bikeman pipe even though is only makes 5hp has an internal stinger so it will go into detonation mode on a heat soaked run and the recommend a more fuel. 5/10/and 15% fuel is it is true which I doubt would be too coarse of adjustment. PC-5 is the way to add fuel as you can set any amount

@@dynoport9251 Okay sounds good. So your pipe and Y pipe is the best bet or is the stock Y pipe still pretty good with your aftermarket pipe? Also what RPM is peak power now? 8150? Would i need a clutch kit/ clutch parts or can i adjust using the P drive still

@@xGR1MxREAPERx Pipe will make 5 hp with stock Y 8 with our big straight y and probably a8.3-5 with our newer pipe one less cut. Stock clutching works fine just adjust the clickers.

What are you making for a 2012 polaris switchback 800 pro r I speed most of my time lake running I'm tuning my sled this winter to see how fast we can get her going... its stock but does have the durability kit stock clutching I dont find it to bad other than want to do adjustable wieghts for tuning

Yes definitely get the adjustables so you can fine tune with weather. Stock silencer is fine, our pipe makes 5 and the y close to 2. Pipe works fine with stock y also. Black y $199.95, pipe $449.95, ceramic Y $249.95, pipe $549.95

@@kenhmful Yes he actually bought our stamps and used to build the pipes so same pipe basically.. We built most of his pipes but he built he xcr's got me for over $100,000 never paid his bill at the end of the year. He stiffed a lot of suppliers I see he just started back up.

@@dynoport9251 i once had a set of htg pipes for my xcr, the xcr was bougt brand new by my father year 2000, he died when scuba diving 2001, i keept the xcr, but i changed it in for 06 apex gt in 2009 and sold the htg pipes, mabay a half year later i regret it, so i bought my dads xcr back 5 years ago, i liked the " htg" pipes a lot, make the front end feel lighter, when crusing in aprox 80-90mph and someone passed on a renegade 1000 at full trottle i didnt need much time when i gave full trottle to be abel to pass him. Holeshot didnt improve due to hookup. People who do things like you tell i dont wanna buy anything frome, dont like that kind of people at all, sad on your behalf to hear that. What is the price for a set of pipes for gen2 xcr? And do you ship to Norway if i decide to buy myself a cristmas present?
