I usually don't like one knob style plugins, because they often lack some of the i/o controls needed to make a proper a/b fast. these ones are no exception. they are lacking a wet gain control, to maximize the potential of the dry/wet blend parameters. However it appears they do sound excellent and have a few refreshing ideas in them, like the multiband processor with the drive controls, that you used to make your ebass juicy. and I love the art work on the interfaces. I think I would enjoy them, too

they also have autogain for the most part which is sadly rare

This is really interesting, as I have never looked at any of these. Sometimes simplicity delivers closer to analogue experience

@@AlexReidStudios Stoked to hear it! I am a guitarist mainly but am realizing that the older i get i am a student who loves and wants to learn about music. That being said i really enjoy metal to Americana and folk music. The question i have is would i use ez drums in bitwig as you would any other daw? I haven't found any videos for metal with bitwig but from the VERY limited things I've learned from trying and failing with other daws is that although it seems bitwig is more geared towards EDM... it looks to me like it can do everything.(?)

@@bjquebedeaux3597 I think DAWs don't have genres, that's sorta a myth. I use acoustic drum plugins for almost all of my songs and it works great. Bitwig has automatic multi output for plugins, so you can mix each mic individually. My way of seeing it, it depends more on the instrument than the DAW, and EZ drums is great
