You ask john what time it is he tells you how the watch was made

This is an underrated comment

And that is his strength as a teacher. He gives his students the mechanism of jiujitsu instead of specific skills which are not intergrated into a system. This point is the secret of his team's unprecedented success.
@JaxonKnox4 жыл бұрын
시늬수 furthermore, he explains every specific point about each crucial detail perfectly clearly, crisply, and precisely. He says everything that’s needed to be said that could be said clearly. Fantastic
@saadmahbub87873 жыл бұрын
More like, he will tell you about the concept of time. What time actually is. Talking about a watch when u ask someone about what’s the time seems very unnecessary. He doesn’t talks unnecessary. He talks very in-depth about things that are definitely not unnecessary. But gives us a better understanding about the art of jiu jitsu.

John Danaher can teach blind people Jiu Jitsu without touching them
@Sonicstillpoint835 жыл бұрын
Yes he can and I am living proof of that fact. In many disciplines, the vast majority of “instructors “ struggle with the distillation of fundamentals or simply weren’t gifted with the verbal acumen necessary. It is inspiring.
@CoffeeTrav5 жыл бұрын
John Negri you're living proof of a blind man being able to learn or you've taught blind people?

Thank you. In non violent crises intervention we were taught to use double under arm hook holding opposite hands and pulling them like a straight jacket to control a violent patient. Is there any use for this in JJ . I'm thinking it wouldn't be used then both of your hands are busy so you would be unable to strangle your partner but just curious. :)

thank you sir! I have never taken a class but I watch and drill your videos on some mats my roommate and I got sealed to the living room floor. I competed in july 2021 and got beat in all my matches but was up on points each time before getting submitted just from wrestling with my brothers and having a dad who knows stuff that taught me. Also I am a state champion and d1 power 5 athlete so I was to say the least very cocky, after I tapped like a bitch and got humbled I began studying John and holy shit I can tell I am way better as is my roommates. I am going to enter back in july accept I am trying to be the national champion in my main sport which I have been training at a top program in since i was 5 this summer while the national team goes to world championships. This is meant to be the first entry I am gonna pin this comment for myself and update anyone who sees this in hopefully july by the latest.

The concept is the same. You have to stop him from turning left and right.So if you choke with your left arm - you have to control their right side. Otherwise they'll simple turn out of the choke.

Justin Buchholz said Danaher is a conman. It's SO clear that Danaher doesn't know what he's talking about. It's not like he's breaking down a basic move so clearly and precisely that I feel my Jujitsu level and understanding just leaped forward instantaneously. Naw, that clearly didn't happen!
