Please check your processes and systems to see if you want to implement something. If the government does not understand, how do you assure your citizens? There is such a thing as a user experience. And to the reporters, there are humans on the other end managing these inquiries and they do make mistakes. As someone with CX experience, I do feel sorry for the front-end employees who have to take on this knowledge and ensure this is done correctly. So if you make 100 changes, there are 100 briefings and debriefings. Calls, chats, and emails are monitored manually. Chat Bot is not so smart ya. They are inhuman. So please check the infrastructure that is supporting such queries since huge investments are being made in them.
