well the biggets problem ingame is the way they stack in storage some piles can have 3 and some 2 and so on why cant we get them to stack it propper i would have 20 spaces more in my frezer room if they could do it right

That would be such a great idea, also couldn’t we get fishing in the game, as a perk anyone who likes fishing would not only get food for the group but also feel more relaxed as people who do it in real life feel relaxed when they fish,that and you should be able to ride either the Drakka or the camel/zebra cross animal in the desert location, another cool thing would be to be able to colonise the planet and through technology we could build a ship and go to another nearby moon or planet and colonise that as well

You've played several games, you should know by now that its scripted that one person has a meltdown just after crashing. For the desert I would think getting a hay farm up asap and researching brick for building would be the best start. Hay is pretty versatile. It can be used for food, cloth, and bricks. 50:50 You don't have to worry about keeping them away from your construction projects, they aren't interested in anything besides your people, or any turrets that are shooting at them which you don't have yet.

yeaaah someone else said that it's best to create a defensive position and Just retreat to that at the outset of an attack, Which I def. Plan on doing. Also, this is only my second playthrough of this game!

For defences - best you can for your fortress peninsula, just low stone wall around the crop fields to stop them being eaten by the local wildlife.

yeah I think you are right, and then maybe eventually a low wall around the entire structure that connects up to a defensive area on the mainland, with a gate, that way the bugs cheese toward that

The higher your foundations the more material casts, and as you plan the structure it does inform you of the construction costs. The value is in the same info location as the size of your build plan. Crazy march across the desert brother. Look for tall grass which is grain. Great video!

Your definition of a small farm is my definition for an ultra mega gigantic large farm. Try looking at how long something last, you are spending work hours on gathering food just to have it spoil before they can eat it. A max length row or two of mushrooms is more than enough and you still risk it spoiling, though at least it helps that part of the season is bloody cold and any storage under a roof counts as freezing storage.

Ok so as far i know moon is a sort of gameplay modifier. Jason will offer your survivors more adversity and tougher wildlife attacks, but also ample time to prepare and recover; Nyx will cause animals to attack more frequently during the night, under the cover of darkness; while Chaos makes wildlife events unpredictable, but potentially more fun and interesting!

I tried my first playthrough in the desert and one colonist died for lack of food. I killed animals and made dishes, so I don't know whats up. Gonna have to start over another playthrough and hope this video shows some ideas

Desertum has 3 sort trees, Palms which are the best to get with 20 wood but need not much space to plant, the Desert Tree with 50 wood but need alot space and barely any ground that they can grow on and then the teaball tree with only 5 wood, but they better for making tea then wood farm. The only thing I hate in this game is the distance, you can't send your survivors far or they just faint from lack of sleep, or die from starvation, or if medium range they walk like 4 hours do 1 hour work then walk 4 hours back for food. So it would be really handy you can have travelgear where they have like a sleepbag, several food and capacity to carry stuff

I'm still hoping for the invention of some kind of vehicle via research that would help them move a little faster. Also, maybe carts for more carry capacity would be nice, as I think they know about the concept of wheel, since they arrived in a bloody spaceship. Also, I don't get why you've wasted so much wood on building a 3 levels high base right in the beginning of a survival game on very hard mode. :)

Ok, so Sora shoots twice as fast as Jack. But why don't you build a defense and choke point around the landing pod, so every time you get attacked by the smallest bugs you can get nibbled to death on the way there instead of just turning around an meelee-ing them in 2 seconds. You know all this. This is getting the opposite of solid.

hahaha not sure what you mean. Jack was the one that found the rifle, and sora was too far away, so jack was carrying it. Defo need to switch it to Sora for the next engagement tho. As for the landing pod? I COULD but then what about my peninsula OASIS base?? waaay cooler to have that.

Honestly? I wish it did! I noticed that when the fire was lit, it was almost 10 degrees hotter near the fire... it would be awesome if there were a few less degrees on the overall temp near water... but the important thing is it SEEEMS cooler right? haha

Rimworld is so much better than this game BUT, This game is in 3d and you just can't put a value on that. This game will surpass rimworld at some point just because it is 3d. And I think they will give us a Z axis which rimworld said they could never do based on the build of the game. Rim world I loved you but Stranded has taken your play time away. I can just relate so much better to watching my characters in 3d while rim world it just needs more imagination than I have at my age. Not saying rimworld is bad by any means I have over 4k hours in it. Just saying this game has massive potential if they stay on top of it.

Toooootally agree. There are some logic issues, like where they drop resources off for a construction project, then go do something else instead of the construction project, walking themselves 15 mins away. So I think once they continue to make those improvements and add more gameplay loops, this game is gonna BLOW UP
