Awesome videos, I miss this one. About the old woman that took a shine to your brother in law, that might have been a Kami-sama. When I started following Shinto. I dreamt of an old japanese woman dressed in a white kimono. I was following her on a sandy plateau full of sunlight. She led me past the rusting wrecks of old world war 2 warships both japanese and American. She pointed to the ships and said you see these? I answered her saying yes. She said: this is the past. It is not now. I feel she was one of the Kami-sama encouraging me to follow my path. Arigato gozainasu 🙏

That's a fair theory - there was certainly something mysterious there, but it seemed to be born of love and spirit.

@@Exjapter it was a very personal and spiritual experience. I was touched. I told a Shinto priest and Miko in correspondence. They were amazed. Thank you for your response 🙏

Nice video as always. Some nice stories, I always like to hear about anecdotes. I think I liked the last story the most, that was certainly an interesting coincidence..? (Or something more..! Lol) As for this type of video, I certainly would like to hear more personal stories about your time in Japan, if you haven't already.

I am now in Japan, and 2 days ago i was heading to a shinto shrine in Onomichi. I walked a huge stairs and behind me was a woman going the same way. She was a view steps behind of me and i heard her walking up like i did. When i came up i expected she should be up there by this time, but when looking i found out she disappeared🤯

I enjoyed this video, though I hope it's just an occasional detour, and this doesn't turn into a channel about witchcraft or UFOs!🤣 I prefer your insightful observations of everyday life in this fascinating country. (Although I found the story involving your brother-in-law not only intriguing but also moving.) However, I understand that coming up with fresh topics week after week must be challenging. On a completely different note, I've noticed something: When watching some of the "walking videos," often live, in Tokyo, I notice that no passerby stares at the camera or the KZbinr. It's a full-on "mind your own business" attitude! However, in your videos, I often see people looking back at you, like the lady at around 17:03. I wonder if this is because your walking area isn't as much of a "big city" as Tokyo?
@Exjapter6 ай бұрын
Don't worry! It might disappoint some people, but I only have a Part 2 planned for these stories and that'll be it. That's an interesting observation about the walking. I don't really watch other walkabout channels so I have no frame of reference.

Given the high likelihood of everyone on earth having at least one doppelganger, perhaps the little Japanese woman was his Japanese doppelgangers mother?
